Dr. Marco Faria Correa

Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in 1978 and obtained professional recognition and certification in Plastic Surgery since 1984. He obtained his Certificate of Medical Registration from the Singapore Medical Council in October 2000 under Conditional Registration and in April 2002, his Certificate of Specialist Registration in Plastic Surgery. In March 2002, he obtained his Specialist Certificate of Accreditation from the Ministry of Health, Singapore. In 2005, he obtained full registration with the Medical Council of Singapore.

Currently practicing his specialty at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital. He has won several International Awards for his pioneering work in Endoscopic Abdominoplasty & Breast Surgery. He is often invited for demonstrations and transferring knowledge on specialized surgical techniques. Dr. Marco has published many journals and book chapters related to the field of plastic & cosmetic surgery.

As a world pioneer in endoscopic plastic surgery, he was invited to Singapore in 1996 to share his knowledge, organize workshops and perform surgical demonstrations. In 2000 he was invited by the Singapore Plastic Surgery Association again to present his refined techniques in liposculpture and endoscopic plastic surgery.
